DEPOSITS 

Please note that some services require a 50%  non-refundable deposit to secure your appointments.  Your deposit  will be deducted from the total cost of your services on the day of your appointment.

NO-SHOW'S OR LATE CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or 50% no show fee . Thank you for understanding.

We know these policies may be frustrating for clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other clients to keep to their appointment times.

Our stylists operate on a commission structure, we kindly request that you understand the impact of late cancellations or no-shows. These actions not only deprive potential customers on the waiting list but also directly affect the income of our dedicated stylists.

In most cases its only a tweek. Please remember all of our cuts and colours are hand made, we are not robots!
